The Money In The Bank University (MITBU) Program, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2009, is a holding company for various divisions, entities, and DBAs. MITBU's mission is to assist individuals with achieving short- or long-term goals, including personal and business development.  MITBU services include establishing and managing business operations and money management for businesses through service or consulting agreements.


MITBU oversees and manages The N.S. Weaver Restoration House outreach program, which connects disadvantaged groups with resources for housing, food, clothing, and other basic needs. By partnering with philanthropic organizations, the program aims to provide essentials like shelter, nourishment, and mental wellness support, helping individuals progress toward their goals and improve their quality of life.


Through our Financial Health Literacy Division (FHFLTC), philanthropic efforts include coaching in money management, budgeting tools, and coping techniques for individuals seeking financial literacy education, such as those experiencing poverty, homelessness, or those who are youth, young adults, and mature adults. FHFLTC addresses financial literacy educational needs through various instructive methods.


Bee Smart Bookkeeping Division, Business Coaching Programs assist small to mid-size companies with building stable business structures and strong financial foundations. Each bookkeeping client receives support from an assigned Business Coach through our Talk with Coach Private Practice.


Talk With Coach Tea (TWCT) private practice division/offers life coaching services designed to meet holistic needs/ requirements. TWCT aims to assist individuals and businesses in reaching their personal, career and business goal achievement. The Talk With Coach Tea practice/ division provides diverse types of coaching, including general life coaching, professional coaching, team building, small business coaching, performance-based coaching, and spiritual coaching (Trinity Belief System), all with a client-centered approach methodology. 

Our Executive Director & Founder

Dr.  Tea S. Dixon, also known and referred to as Coach Tea, is the founder of Talk With Coach Tea, a division of MITBU Program, Inc. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in personal, spiritual, financial, and professional coaching. She believes people are unique, creative, and responsible, striving for self-sufficiency. Coach Tea aids her clients through life's challenges, providing support as a life coach, behavior scientist, minister, Christian counselor, and advocate for homeless single mothers.

 

Her educational certifications and life experiences provide her with the ability to understand emotional, psychological, and spiritual perspectives, aiding clients in reaching their personal, professional, spiritual, and financial objectives.

Coach Tea divides her time between her private practice as a generalist life coach and the Financial Health and Fitness Literacy Center ( FHFLTC). At the FHFLTC center, she and other financial life coaches educate and mentor children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, and mature adults from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities on money management.  She believes that individuals are unique, creative, and responsible, with a desire to achieve full life sufficiency. Coach Tea asserts that most people can manage life's challenges, though assistance may sometimes be necessary. Occasionally, everyone might need some help, whether it is support to move forward, overcome obstacles, or navigate difficulties.

Coach Tea has educational qualifications including a Masters and Doctorate in theology, social psychology, and organizational life skill training. She is certified as a Life Coach. Coach Tea has knowledge of emotional, psychological, and spiritual behaviors that can affect how individuals respond to challenges and unexpected events. She provides support to clients during various stages of their lives as they work towards personal, professional, spiritual, and financial objectives.
